Wayne Morris is Community and Corporate Social Responsibility Director for Premiership Rugby, the umbrella organisation representing Premiership rugby clubs. He orchestrates strategy and delivery, creating and delivering domestic and international community programmes, and ensuring clubs share knowledge and best practice whilst developing new partnerships with the corporate sector, Third Sector, Government and NGO stakeholders. Premiership Rugby supports more than 320,000 young people each year and is delivered by 150 full-time development officers, plus 400 part-time and volunteer staff. Wayne previously played professional rugby in both Wales and England, and was capped Wales A.
