
James is the Co-founder and CEO for the Alliance of Sport in Criminal Justice. His previous roles include Head of Physical Education at HMP&YOI Ashfield, and Founder and Managing Director of 2nd Chance Group. James has operated nationally and internationally by providing services in criminal justice, community sport and the post-16 education and training sector. Now James works with government and criminal justice agencies in the UK and Thailand to drive collaboration, build the evidence base and create positive solutions that use sport to tackle some of society’s most complex problems associated with crime and criminal justice. James is also Co-Chair of the National Sports Forum for Reducing Re-offending.
