Sport changed Andy's life after he became registered blind at the age of 20. He went on to play blind cricket for England, and later worked at the Change Foundation for 13 years developing and delivering sport for development programmes in the UK and internationally. Whether in criminal justice settings, on housing estates or in special needs schools, he has experienced first hand the difference sport can make for young people facing disadvantage. Andy also worked for Activity Alliance, assisting organisations to better include disabled young people in sport and physical activity, and is now CEO of London Youth Games, building the physical and mental health of young Londoners whilst driving social integration.
